Do you feel that you're fat even though you're not? Do you make yourself NOT eat or vomit after you've eaten? Do you have lots of stress in your life? To truly answer this, you should seriously talk to your counselor at school.

When I was ALOT younger I was very small (size 3-5 US) and I ate what ever I wanted and just didn't gain any weight. I was VERY active in school, always RUNNING from one activity to another so I was exercising and burning off all the calories that I ate. Unfortunately, 2 children later, my metabolism is VERY slow and I'm not as active as I was and now I'm at the heaviest I've ever been. From the way that you write, I don't think you're anorexic, just one of the lucky ones that doesn't gain that much weight.

However, if the answers to any of the questions that I asked in the begining of this are yes, I strongly suggest that you speak to your counselor, doctor and/or parent. Good luck, honey!

So, you are a hard gainer then. I can understand that. It is a basic nutritional problem. It's not really how much you eat, but WHAT you eat that will make a difference. Understand that you probably have a fast metabolism and that your body uses calories very quickly. You probably are often warm or people tell you that you are warm. Check your body temperature at night. (After you've been in bed an hour or so). Basically, you will need to make your metabolism slow down. I recommend you double up on your carbohydrates (rice, breads, cereal, pasta) and lower your cardio training. I do recommend you start, or maintain a weight training program. 3-4 times a week. You should be happy that you are not overweight and you should know that as long as you are putting healthy food into your body and getting exercise then you will be fine.

1500 calories = 1 lb of fat. If you need to gain weight then just add 1500 calories to your regular diet and maintain your activity level and you will gain one pound a week. guranteed! What that means is that you will have to maintain a daily eating and exercise journal, count all your calories for the week, then add 1500 more for the next week. It isn't an easy thing to do and it does require a little work, but it is very possible if you really desire it. Good luck.

If you are underweight or even at your ideal weight yet still consider yourself obese, then you are Anorexic. If you have a fear of becoming obese and eat yet vomit your meals, then you are bulimic.

Both disorders are a mental issue. Anorexia is a mental disorder which the person views them self as obese even though they are underweight. If you fall into these categories, then seek psychiatric help. If not, then you have nothing to worry about. Some people have a higher metabolic rate and can eat a lot without gaining weight. If you are concerned about not gaining weight, seek a nutritionist or dietitian to get on a proper weight gaining diet. Otherwise, just eat and if your doctor doesn't find any health problems, don't worry and forget what others say.

An anorexic is someone that starves themselves and does not eat. So if you are eating normally, no you are not anorexic. But if you stuff yourself and then you go and make yourself throw up, then that is considered bulimic. But if you do neither of these maybe you have a very high metabolic rate and burn everything you eat quickly or maybe you are just a petite person. How old are you and do you have any kids? The older you get and if after you have kids you metabolism slows down!

well thats a psychological thing.please whatever you do dont stop eating...it will be worse.but if you eat like a pig and dont gain any weight then that means that you have a fast metabolism meaning that you burn calories very fast and thats a good thing.but if youre losing weight until the point that you do look anorexic you might want to see a doctor.

Anorexia is a disease. Being thin does not mean you're anorexic. If you're "eating like a pig", you're not anorexic - anorexics don't eat at all because they don't want to get fat.

Tell the kid who called you anorexic to f*** off!

Anorexia is when you are really skinny/underweight but you still think you are really fat.
Eat more and dont excercise as much, and it would help if you ive us your weight =)
