Sorry-I don';t know what a food saver is.
If your steaks were frozen then fully defrost and cook
If your steaks were raw and left unfrozen but refrigerated then with them being sealed they will last up to 10 days without you being harmed. You will just have 'well hung 'steaks.
It depends on how long and at what temp they've been stored

Depends, were they frozen when you sealed them? How warm/cool is your house during the night?
If they were cool to touch I would say they are OK if they were frozen, other wise I probably would throw them out. It is not worth getting deathly sick over.
Microbes begin to grow as soon as food is cooked then left out at room temp. Rice is the worst for growing microbes the quickest too. It grows spores which are very hard to kill too.
Call the meat dept. at your local grocery store. I have asked questions about meat too being left out.

If they were sealed, then they probably would have been protected from airborne pathogens, so they're still OK to eat (just make sure you cook them). If it had been ground meat, I'd throw it out.

You could still eat them, freeze them, or refrigerate and eat tonight BUT you MUST cook them to 165F to KILL all the bacteria, if you cannot eat well done steaks, THROW THEM OUT!

Sorry to say this, unrefridgerated meat overnight, no matter how they are sealed, have to be pitched. Even cooking them won't kill the bacteria.

I think you will have to throw them away. It is always safest to go by the old adage, "When in doubt, throw it out."

They are still good. Just put them in the freezer, and make sure when you cook the meat to cook it to at least 140 in the middle. That will kill all the bacteria, freezing doesn't.
