Reenabeena (I love your screen name!): it's not uncommon for teenagers to bulk up. Your hormones are pretty much out of control and will settle down in a couple of years. Keep exercising - play sports, walk or jog, swim, dance, whatever. Don't stop doing it because strengthening your muscles and maintaining your cardio fitness is important. If you eat a healthy diet and have a positive attitude towards yourself and your body, things will work out. We are not all going to look like Paris and Lindsay.

ok, you need to remember that due to your age your body is going through some hormonal changes, also your genes play a role in your body structure...Ok firts thing is watch what you eat iam sure you heard that before but it is really helpful here is what i recommend, NO SODA OF ANY KIND UNLESS YOU HAVE PLENTY OF GAS, THEN GINGER ALE IS GOOD
DRINK WATER BUT DONT OVER DO IT EITHER, DRINK NATURAL JUICE, EAT VEGIES AND FRUITS, EAT FRUITS ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU GET FOOD CRAVINGS, YOU CAN STILL EAT WHAT YOU WOULD NORMALLY EAT, BUT MAKE IT IN SMALL SERVINGS, AFTER CETAIN HOURS DONT EAT CERTAIN FOOD.
TWICE OF THREE TIME OUT OF THE MONTH YOU SHOULD FAST...AND WHAT I MEAN BY THAT IS DONT EAT SOLID FOOD, DO DRINK NATURAL JUICES WITH PROTEINS
CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR WHICH MINERALS AND PROTEIN HE OR SHE RECOMMEND FOR YOU TO TAKE
THE FASTING WILL CLEASE YOUR BODY OR LET ME SAY WILL DETOXICATE YOUR BODY FROM ALL THE HARM THAT IT HAS DUE TO THE BAD FOOD WE EAT, AND YEAH EXERSICE WILL HELP ONCE YOU HAVE TAKEN THE APPROPIATE STEPS TO LOSE WAIT...AND TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM TOO MANY SWEET STUFF.
NOW PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE A TEENAGER AND YOU NEED A GOOD BALANCE MEAL AS WELL..I hope this advice helps good luck

You don't have to eat a lot to be overweight, Sometimes it runs in the family. Try to stay away from Sweets & starchy foods, and that might help.

stay with it. try doing cardio (running, exercise bike, etc.) lose weight this way. pushups and weight training build muscle and don't really make you lose weight. You should eat, but eat healthy. It takes patience and commitment. I know you can do it if you give it your all.

it's not the amount that you eat, but the quality....
i can say oh, i just eat a cheeseburger and small fries... but it's still not good for you.
i really think it's a shame when people are in denial....
