Raise a shelf in your oven to the highest position. Turn oven on BROIL. Let warm up; broiler pan, too.

Season steak w/ kosher salt and FGBP (pepper).

Remove broiler pan, brush quickly w/ some veg. oil, and slap the steak on it. Return to top shelf and broil. Leave oven door cracked, and run yoru exhaust vent over head, too.

Set time for 3-4 min, then check on it for your desired doneness. You'll flip the steak once, and broil the same amount of time as the first side. Then enjoy!

Use your broiler pan. Pretend your oven is just an upside down grill and cook accordingly.I had never used my broiler before either, at least for steaks, until I saw this on food tv. My steaks always come out great. Don't put them too close to the "flame".
Good luck, Yummmyyy!!! I can't wait to hear how they turn out!

1. Preheat the oven broiler. Lightly grease a baking pan.
2. Arrange meat on the baking pan.
3. Broil in the preheated oven, until done turning occasionally and basting if needed.

nicely for chuck, i elect to propose you marinate it. purchase a commercial marinate and supply it time, as much as 4 hours. in case you dont have time, bypass this. Then, dry of the steak with some paper towels. Rub or spray some oil (i admire olive oil), in basic terms sufficient to coat, and supply a beneficiant sprinkling of salt. Preheat oven set to BROIL. place steak on the utmost rack of the oven. As for time, relies upon on thickness and how nicely executed you like it. Inch thick, perhaps 5 minute an element for medium uncommon. alter up or down from there in keeping with thickness and needed doneness. good luck. playstation . a miles greater effective cut back for oven broiling often is the ribeye or the recent your strip.

Use a broiler. You know those pans with room for the drippings to go down below.

Put food close to flame and go to town.

If your steak is completely thawed out probably 3 minutes on each side should be enough depending on how you like it cooked. After you take it out of the oven, let it set so the steak juices back up.
