If you can, try and up your exercise for the next two weeks. Maybe try a new exercise to challenge your muscles, or work out for an extra 20 minutes. Try and limit your sodium intake, since this can cause bloating. Just keep doing what you already are, since you sound like you are really healthy!

Increase your water... do some more cardio - Once I had three weeks till a major magazine shoot I wanted to slim down and tone up quick.. I was doing double cardio and a few more weight sets a week... Muscle is important in burning calories... You cant take back what u did but u can help make sure u dont gain from it by increasing water and the cario... Good luck

Happy belated birthday!

Having a good dinner like this once in a while this is good for a diet. It helps keep the cravings down. Some diets even have scheduled "cheat day" for just this purpose. Just be careful and don't overindulge.

As for making it up, don't worry about it. It happened, and it's over. Just continue on with your regular diet and exercise program. If you dwell on it too much, it puts extra stress on you, and increases you chance of slipping again.

One day of bad eating will not ruin your diet or structure. Stop being so hard on yourself. Get back on the diet schedule and forget about the past. Also forget about the detox gimmicks. Water is all you need to detox and cleanse your body.

cut back your calories by 500 each day and workout but do something that you enjoy doing so it doesnt' feel like a workout maybe walking?running? also lift some weights which help you burn calories by adding muscle to your body.
