I have been dating this guy for only 3 weeks but its just so wonderful.....we just get along so well and just feels like it was meant to be. Anyway, last night I read his Valentines card and at the end he wrote: "I thought I would never find anyone. But I thank God that I found you because you fulfilled the VOID in my life". What does that mean?? Thank you.....

I hate to be negative here, but you've only been with him for three weeks. Wait until the first big fight and see how you feel then. Eventually all those wonderful feelings will begin to die down and change (not necessarily for the worst) and that's when you'll know if what you have is true or not.

I imagine he said "filled the void" rather than fulfilled, but anyway, it just means that he now feels more complete with you being in his life and that you fill a space which had previously made him feel empty and incomplete. In other words, it's a lovely compliment :)

It basically means that in the short time you've been with him, you've made him extremely happy, you've filled the void that was there because happiness was missing. I think it's sweet.

a partner mus be someone who is a part of u...he must not be someone to whome u jus fill a void for...
but i guess it was the wrong choice of words in ur case...but stil if u think somethin wrong...then jus talk to him bout it...

i think it means the emptiness. like the thing that he hasn't had in his life that hes been missing but he didn't know wut it was til he found you. i think im not sure though. u could always just ask him.
