I think if he broke up with you because you wouldn't sleep with him you deserve better. I think if it's something you want to do with him you should explain to him why you haven't...I think you should do what feels right for you. Me and my boyfriend were together 2.5 years before we slept together and he was totally fine with it, very patient with me.
