They are Good cars when they run, very practical and useful

However they can be prone to reliability problems and parts and servicing is expensive - a Citroen Xsara Picasso Turbo Diesel is much better or a VW Sharran

I had one of the first ones after launch in 1997. In 5 years never broke down, economical (1.6) fast enough. Engine prone to top end oil leaks (easily fixed at service) and alarm/immobiliser can engage unexpectedly when parked (never a problem, but caused alarm sometimes on opening door after leaving unlocked))

i got mine recently and i love it, roomy ,warm,comfy. 2 litre pretty quick, great all round speakers!! with remote on steering wheel etc etc etc
pay a fair price and get a good one we looked at 4 before buying, so dont rush out take your time choosing the right one.good luck. ps service history and low milage is a must..

no. my parents were goin buy a used one once tho. but generally i observed that there's a prob wid the gas tank cover it always falls out on almost everyone i've seen!

no they suffer with overheating such as head gaskets gearbox faults and numerous electrical faults
