A lot of pagans believe in reincarnation..it's just a "clever" twist on the christian born again tenet.
There's another one out there that says "Born again.. and again.. and again.."

Some Pagan religions have an initiation that involves a symbolic rebirth as the child of a God or Goddess, or just as a Pagan. Failing that, most Pagan religions believe in reincarnation.
So he's been born again. And he's Pagan. It's simple.
