go to the beauty supply store, get cholestorol (comes in a jar). Usually we would put a plastic cap on you head and sit you under the dryer for 30 minutes 1 - 2 times a week.

Since I doubt you have a chair dryer in your home.... go on ebay. Back in the day they made ones for home.... its like a square machine (no bigger than a foot) attached is a hose like a vaccum and attachec on the end of that is a plastic hair bag. (they used to use it to dry the rollers the put on thier head rather than sleeping with them on. do it once to twice a week, LIGHTLY!!!!! or your hair will be very greasy. the cholestrol will replenish the oils that are supposed to be in you hair.

Well for laundry your hair you must only do as soon as every week when you consider that anymore would seriously harm your hair and the first-class shampoos and conditioners are olive oil which helps your hair develop you must press your hair a few times every week however most effective whilst you relatively need it. You should grease your hair and scalp just about everyday or two in order that it won't get dry ,motions and red oil must be discontinued at the same time you're making use of the olive oil even though they're okay in small amounts with the olive oil, and you might use a few of Carol's daughter hair care products. For the perms you mustn't discontinue but you really must do it less considering the fact that it could possibly rationale burns and in your hair to break off as good only as soon as every 4 months or so is o.K. However best while you need it and the flat iron is not going to support very a lot. And you should let go gradually with the perm.

Go to Sally's beauty get a hot oil treatment from Cholestoral and the cholestoral deep conditioning treatment in the tub. Use the hot oil treatment first, make sure to leave it on for atleast an hour. I would also wrap your hair in saran wrap during the process. This will help keep your body heat in. Before removing the plastic wrap and rinsing take a blow dryer and heat up the oil for just a few minutes. Let it cool for about 15 minutes before rinsing. Rinse the hot oil treatment out then put the cholestroral conditioner treatment into your hair. Wrap your hair in a normal towel and sleep with the conditioner on. When you wash and condition your hair in the morning use a hydrating shampoo and conditioner like Aussie Moist. Do this treatment like once a week. It works wonders. Also you can try using a solution of half olive oil and half liquid fabric softener. I have the same problem with my hair, but this process deffinetly works wonders for me.

I've used L'Oreal Nature's Therapy Mega Moisture conditioner for about a year, and I love it! Honestly, I wouldn't use anything. I, too, treat my hair to a lot of chemicals (chemical straightening, dyeing) and this product always helps my hair bounce right back. My hair's in wonderful condition, and it's all because of this product. It also smells wonderful!!
You can buy this in Sally's Beauty Supply (www.sallybeauty.com you can find the closest store to you there). It comes in an orange/yellow jar, and is about 12 dollars for a 16 oz. jar (lasts about a month, used liberally). Expensive, I know, but it's definitely worth it, and I wouldn't use anything else on my hair!! If I run out and end up having to use a different conditioner, I can tell the difference right away.
Hope that helps!

vo5 conditioning oil. It comes in a 3 pack and they're hot oils that help the hair. Also use a shine spray you can get anywhere (ie walmart, kmart, etc.) Use a shampoo and conditioner for permed or color treated hair and rinse the conditioner out in cool water. it will help seal cuticles. You could also go back to the salon and show the stylist what happened and he could do some protective conditioning for you.

You can use products with sheep placentas in it, even if it sounds gross, it works. Also, making jello with extra water (so it doesn't gel) and drinking it is great for your hair, nails, AND teeth. Other than that, I suggest going to a NEW stylist that knows what they are doing... and you might want to tell people who the stylist is so they don't have similar problems.

I just got my hair permed like 3 months ago and i have hair like yours. My perm did not take by hair was so dry and frizz afterwards. I used Garnier Fructis for color-treated or permed hair. It made my hair feel not so dried out and calm.
