I find that after eating breakfast i'don't get hungry not until night time reaches. So i end up eating only twice a day. And the portions are that of a 10 yr old. I am 21 years old and only weigh 95 pounds and desperately want to gain some weight. What should i use.

Add some physical activity to your daily routine. Hit the gym at some point during the day and you will inevitable be hungry. Eating and working out will eventually add some mass to your body.
I have also found that you can train your stomach quite easily. If you try to make a routine and force yourself to eat you will find your body becomes used to it.

Even though you already underweight, exercising can actually help you get bigger. I would maybe focus on weight-lifting since that will help add some mass. Doing this will generally make you hungrier because your body will demand nourishment for its growing muscles.

You can also try buying some weight-gain protein powder from GNC or a nutrition store. These products are usually all natural and contain many helpful proteins, amino acids and vitamins that can help you grow.

marijuana, but unfortunately its kind of illegal. However, if you're of regular height and only weigh 95 pounds, talk to your doctor about getting on marinol, which is a drug they use for anorexia in cancer patients... theyre anorexic because of the chemo, not because they want to be thin, but it makes them hungry and it could possibly make you hungry too. It won't get you high though!

Well my grandpa had kidney disease and they put him on nepro to help him gain weight but when I looked up Nepro online it said it was for people with kidney disease so I dont know if this is safe for healthy people. I'd talk to your doc before using it.
