Without a doubt, it is bad enough when their fans fight abroad. But now their players are at it. I suggest Milngavie Rangers since they only visit Ibrox for the games.

No because Celtic only attract players because of the old firm derby. Unless you want the old firm to be Celtic vs Motherwell.
Rangers are proud to be british, thats fine
Celtic are proud to be catholic and that's fine to.
End of the day your rivally is the funny side of scottish football.
In no other derby do people slag the english while talking in english and stating they love liverpool.
Also Rangers fans say they hate the Irish but Scot as in Soctland is the Gaelic word for Irish. Therefore in our own gaelic language (before the british empire) Scotland meant Land of the Irish.
Scottish is the gaelic word Irish. I'm Scottish means I'm Irish in Gaelic.
Your all as dumb as a box of rocks.
So I think the Glasgow part in your names is important.
We don't want everyone abroad thinking all scotsmen are that thick.

I've no doubt they have a burning desire to be English but dropping Glasgow wont change anything, but the border can be moved north to include you and it sounds about right now Glasgow English F C how about that Jock

thats a funny question isnt it,at least rangers fly the union jack which is a british flag and the last time i looked glasgow was in britain.Celtic however should be stripped of the glasgow title, flying a foreign irish flag and signing irish songs and always hitting out with the "celtic was formed by an irishman" excuse. also a large percentage of those celtic fans would cheer irelan over scotland!

Projection which clinically defined means putting your own feelings or untruths on to others. So in your case what you are really saying is that you wish Celtic were Irish. I have no problem with you feeling that way but why involve a fine British institution who have always been proud of their roots- Glasgow.

In reply to Andrew M's post.
It is a common misconception that Celtic have Glasgow in front of their name. They infact do not.

i wanted my nephew's call on his first Celtic strip (infant sized) and had to settle for his initials. except he has a wee call like "Ben" or something, you will probable be counseled to do the comparable. however the dept shops will do it for you.

Why should we Scots give over either of our biggest clubs to the unpatriotic few? Lets get rid of the snivelling wannabe english from ibrox, and the pathetic wannabe irish from parkhead.
