Does anyone have any info about employment in the Caribbean?

I am a US citizen. I would like to find a job in the Caribbean, esp the Bahamas or Caymans. I am interested in skilled IT work, maybe for a bank or casino. There are some websites but they seem to be rip-offs or just for college kids.

You will need to applt for and get a visa to work. I would suggest you get that before you head down.
