i recently brought a new blender and juicer and was wondering if any1 had any idea's for some nice drinks or smoothies... healthy if possible lol thanks xx

You can use strawberries, banana's, grapes, kiwi or any kind of fruit you like as a fruit juice.

A juicer is def much better than a blender.. I only offered one for an similar reason and prefer it ..yet they're a touch more desirable expensive then a blender. in case your going to stay with making your human being juice, then the juicer is def nicely worth it! sturdy success

Sorry you wasted your money....

Most juicers will admit in the fine print EATING the fruit is better than juicing away the needed pulp/fiber. The juicer only adds calories via increased sugar per volume.

1banana, 1 cup strawberries 1/2 cup skim milk and 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt. Add more or less strawberries and 1tsp sugar if desired. Makes great breakfast drinks. Also, you could add orange juice and it ups the vitamin c.

I liked mixing orange,carrot, and apple with lots of ginger and even some garlic. Perky yum!
