On vanilla ice cream I like either granola or some kind of cereal (like special K) that has dried fruit in it. I also like whipped cream, hot fudge, or maple syrup, which sounds really weird, but tastes pretty good.

Equal proportions peanut butter and chocolate melted in the microwave for 30 seconds. Mix and pour over. It will harden, too.
