Yes I do. People are doing the best they can as they try to survive this hell realm. Some fare better than others - but none of us are untouched by the societal dysfunction. We are all expressing differing degrees of that dysfunction, even the most enlightened ones. Unhealthy soil makes it almost impossible for a tree to bear good fruit. I blame the soil, not the tree.

It is definitely NOT easy to love everybody! But that is exactly what has been taught throughout the ages by most serious "religions" and many philosophers.
"The gate is is small and the path is narrow, and few are those that follow it." - Jesus.
The concept appears to us as “not logical”, “impractical” or “unrealistic” or "unscientific". So we find excuses or make “interpretations” or pick more “logical” parts from our holy books to “justify” our actions, and forget about the BASIC truth.
That’s why we have Jihad and why we had “holy wars” and why we are still condemning and fighting “the others” (infidels or whatever!). That’s also why we have various fractions of Muslims or Christians or Jews or Buddhists etc., though they ALL teach the wisdom of compassion and forgiveness.
Just imagine! If all humans would willingly (not because they have been told) act out of compassion and forgiveness toward the "others" there truly would be peace on Earth! - No, I'm not perfect either!
"If any show patience and forgive, that truly would be an exercise of courageous will and resolution in the conduct of affairs." Qur'an: Sura 42:43 (Counsel)

You bet. When I was a Christian I was taught to love others, no matter their beliefs, but when I befriended people of different beliefs than mine, even my church leaders told me that I "should try to convert" those friends. And those same leaders that preached "love all" really meant: "love all but keep your distance".
Since I am no longer a Christian, I live according to my Wiccan Standards, and it works!!! I can love everyone regardless of their beliefs or unbelief.

It's very hard to love some people. It takes a conscious effort to love someone who has done terrible things. But it is a command that we must follow.
Loving someone does not mean that you are going to look at a murderer with sparkle in your eyes and approve of all that they do. It means that you pray for their salvation, no matter what you think they deserve. It's remembering that Jesus died for ALL sinners of ALL types. That's loving your neighbor.

Yes, God instructed us to love others as we love ourselves or He could not love us. I love the person but not always their actions or beliefs.

No its hard but i do not believe it is impossible. I am a christain and it is so hard sometimes to love people who hate you for your beliefs. But i have to pray for God to break my heart for them and for him to show me the love he has for them
