The largest Church (i.e. religious organization) is the Catholic Church, followed by the Greek Orthodox Church. The Anglican/Episcopalian Church is third, the Southern Baptist Church fourth, and the LDS/Mormon Church is fifth.

There are many separate methodist, evangelical, lutheran, and calvinist churches, but none of them are single unified bodies, which is why none of them are "top 5" in terms of largest churches.

If you're talking about a church as in a building, then yes, the one in Seoul is definitely the largest.

I believe the largest church congregation is that of Dr David (Paul) Cho, in Seoul Korea, numbering around 1.5 million members.

The largest church building is probably the Vatican.
