i dont want to go around just "believing" in things. I want to know things, or have strong evidence that things are real. basically i dont want to be schizophrenic - hearing voices that aren't real, seeing beings that aren't there, etc.

Do i trust in a higher potential/ author? No i do not; some thing is plausible so i'm declaring there is truly no longer some thing obtainable yet that variety of theory is out of human comprehension at the moment so i do not even difficulty to imagine/ stress about it. As people, we are constrained to each and everything needs a author; so the better potential/ author also needs a author and then it basically will grow to be an not in any respect ending infinite trend. regardless of if there grow to be a author/ higher potential, they have not printed themselves to humanity nor have they displayed any likely interest in us (compared to dissimilar religions who declare that there is a loving being concerned all effective God). because it appears that evidently that they do none of those previous issues then the author/ higher potential would to boot no longer exist; type of like a useless beat father. Yeah they performed aside on your idea yet their not in any respect round and do not care so that they might to boot no longer exist considering they do no longer have any importance to you.

Want to believe isn't an issue for me-it either is or it isn't and no evidence means I believe it isn't.

Because there's no evidence for one... why would you not want to believe in Santa Claus or the Tooth Fairy?

Because we don't need him and not everything peope want to believe is true.
If only it was - religious people tend not to understand that.

For me it's not a question of want. I simply find no evidence of a god.

Now I do.
