Reasonable diet and exercise. Just watch what you eat...lower the fat and sugar..that is all..nothing drastic. And walk, fast, 3 to 4 times a week 30 minutes at a time to start....and go from there. And educate yourself about food...There are too many myths out there.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Proper diet and exercise.............How much weight do you want/need to loose????..........Under the supervision of an organization like Jenny Craig you can get your exercise and a diet to follow that will suit your individual needs...........If you don't want to do that then get a professional diet that counts calories and follow it........It's not easy but if you really want to loose weight and loose it without hurting yourself in any way make up your mind to stick to it...........Then do it............CAT

Scrape the fat off yourself, take a picture of it an place it on the side of a milk carton. Now your weight is "Missing" and maybe someone else will find it!

mix one spoon honey in little bit hot water & have it every day morning after brush.
drink alot of water.
avoide oily food.
eat salads : carrots, tomatoes, cocumber , beetroot etc. alot, so that it will make sure u won't get hungry again & again.
don't drink beer.
avoide smoking.
have tea or coffee only once in a day.
