I'm looking for ideas on where to hold my wedding at the end of this year, theres only going to be a small amount of people attending, but would like some place thats memeroble and romantic. May be that does a package.

I went to a work Christmas party at the Southwest School of Art and Crafts a few years ago. It is near downtown, but is BEAUTIFUL! Honestly, you don't even feel like your in the city when you are there... Anyways, check it out, it's a gorgeous place. http://www.swschool.org/facilities_rental.php

The Little Church of La Villita is nice, but it is REALLY small. It is close to the River Walk and I am sure they can put something together for you.
Nearby hotels are the 2 Marriotts: River Center and River Walk. These are probably the closest and they are both nice. A little further away are the Menger, the Emily Morgan, and the Sheraton Gunther. All of these are nice and can do receptions. La Villita also has an assembly hall, but it will probably be too large for your needs.
Nearby, Casa Rio has an area for a rehearsal dinner (it is where we had ours) up stairs and away from the crowds.

I wonder if you could do it at night on the river in one of those boats...that would be kinda neat.
