The stuttering is not who he is, it's a part of him, but if he is a nice person what have you got to lose....but at the end of the day it's up to you how you feel the stuttering would affect your relationship.

I think you are asking a very important question and that shows you are not insensitive like other people are accusing you. My answer for you is this:
Normally, in early stages of dating, physical appearence is very important. We always think: what would other people think if they see me? BUT, let's not forget that it could be all the way round: It could be YOU who has any kind of issues. I think you deserve to be given the chance like everybody else because you know deeply inside you that you have something special to offer and you are a special person.
I would suggest that give him a chance and take it from there. you might be the miracle he is waiting for.
Let me know how it goes :)

If you don't want to date him, then simply tell him no.
But, don't let his stuttering get in the way of a possibly great relationship. He might be a really great guy that you would have a blast with.
It's up to you.

Date the poor guy. Stuttering is a nervous habit and can be rectified with a boost in confidence. Or you could reject him and make him even more paranoid.

Give him a chance. Maybe it gets worse when he is nervous. Give him two dates and try to make him feel comfortable. I can't believe he even had the balls to ask you out. That deserves a reward of not outright rejection for something he has no control over. It's a free dinner. Keep it casual.

What do you mean, what do you do? How insensitive! He can't help it. If it bothers you to the point that you are unable to continue the relationship, tell him. He knows that it turns people off. He's had to deal with it his entire life! You will grow to be even more resentful and then it will spill over. Don't go there. It isn't fair. You can either live with it or you can't.

i does no longer OMgosh via fact you're putting your self down. you have low shallowness. human beings such as you're in many cases fairly clever via fact you attempt greater good than the huge-unfold Joe. in case you elect to this point somebody attempt to locate a woman who has staying power and see you for who you're. I also have a pal who stutters and who's fortuitously married. he's hilarious and that's what attracted his spouse to him. which will artwork for me too. lol Shine your traits no longer your weaknesses.

carefully turn him down and tell him that you dont feel comfortable having a conversation with him... conversations are very important to you therefore you wouldnt enjoy each others company.
if you want to do an extra mile by making him feel relaxed to lessen the stuttering, go girl!

i've been down this road before, and at first i must say i was alot like you and didn't know if i could do it.
what you need to do is just for a moment, forget about his speech impedement. and ask yourself if you like him..is he kind? is he nice? do you have things in common?
if you are truly interested in him, give him a chance.
you never know...he might be the one...do you really want to miss out on that because you couldn't get over one little thing about him?
also...some people's speech get's worse if they are nervous..if he really likes you..perhaps he was having more difficulty speaking just based on nerves...it might not be so "horrible" as you called it once he knows he doesn't have to be nervous when he's around you...
i say give him a chance...
