Just seeing each other after 6 months apart ought to be pretty special all on it's own. You might want to keep activities simple, to give yourselves lots of time to catch up...

I would wear something nice to the airport to pick him up. Take him home and have a nice candle light dinner with some soft music. Run him a nice bubble bath and join him in the tub. You can take it from there.

Take it slow - it can take a while to get use to each other again. Alot has happened in 6 months.
Take him out to dinner - to a quite place so you can talk, catch up and get comfortable with each other again.
