Just started this afternoon, it can be when i stand up, walk, stood still, keep going really dizzy like i've been spinning round and round! Otherwise i feel fine and have eaten well, and thankfully i'm not driving home tonight as i'd probably be safer driving drunk at the moment!

A possible ear infection, dehydration, or parasites that could be in a variety of areas. I always get dizzy too, no clue why. People say I'm perpetually drunk.

Could be low blood pressure causing lack of oxygen to the brain, it happens to me too. Whatever it is it ain't right so go see a doctor and get it put right. That's what they're there for and one reason we pay National Insurance...

Could be the start of an ear infection. I've heard that that can affect your balence. Low blood pressure will also do it. make sure drink lots of water as well.

Almost guarantee you have an ear infection or compacted ear wax. There are remedies for the wax 'Otex' is very good.

If there isn't any wax, then see your GP for antibiotics for the infection.

AND DON'T WORRY - YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DIE! :-)

i'm not medically qualified but work in the private health sector and it sounds as if you may be suffering with an ear complaint- vertigo is usually caused by ottitis media (infection in the middle ear/eardrum)
you should see your GP.
