Can anyone give me some advice?

I am starting Culinary school in April and wanted to know if anyone has had any experience in this field. If so what things do you have to say about it? Do you have any advice for anyone who is new to the industry?

Congratulations! I would suggest that you try to find a resort or cruise job. If you get in the pay is excellent! At least that's what my chef friend tells me.
