No this is not healthy. You need to eat a good breakfast and a better lunch. You also need a snack mid moring, mid afternoon and before bed. Pack a lunch that is easy to eat for school like string cheese or chesse and crackers along with some fruit and maybe some nuts and a container of milk or juice. Breakfast I am sure you can figure out on your own. For snacks eat nuts, fruit, raw veggies, yogurt or string cheese etc. You should also be sure you are taking a good mulitvitamin daily that is well absorbed by the body to help keep you healthy.

Hi Jena, no it's not the best way to eat. Nix the doughnut and go for a half of a whole wheat bagel with a little honey on it. The soy milk is a great choice. How about fixing yourself a salad the night before so it's ready to go when you go to work. You could put chicken on it for protein and add a slice of whole grain bread. Bring some apples or oranges or a fruit you enjoy to work. Eating a lot at night is stemming from your high glycemic foods you're eating during the day and also the degree of hunger you feel at night.
I'd see a nutritionist or go to the link someone suggested above.
You may not be gaining weight but the rest of your body probably isn't too happy with what it has to process. Best of luck.

I would suggest you skip the donut & instead have oatmeal or eggs and some kind of fruit. For lunch how about yogurt & fruit or maybe a salad.
Eating more fruits & veggies is good for your body, but don't forget you also need calcium and proteins.
Most importantly drink plenty of water. Water is essential for your body to function properly.
Foods that contain a lot of sugar or salt are not really good for you. The said part is there is sugar & salt in almost every drink or processed food. Check out the labels on the food you eat. It is really scary.
You are better off being thin than overweight, health wise I think. Also as you get older its harder for your body to burn calories so being thin right now is probably a good thing.

Instead of the doughnut for breakfast, eat a fruit and cereal bar or a granola bar. More nutririon and fewer empty calories. For lunch put some peanut butter or cheese on your crackers for a little extra protien and drink either juice or soy milk with them-not a soda.

You are eating a lot of high-fat, low nutrition foods. Donuts are terrible for you (filled with trans fat and sugar). Instead try grabbing a yogurt and fruit, or at least a bagel instead of a donut. For lunch, eat whole grains, protein, dairy and fruit or vegetables. Try a turkey sandwich on whole grain bread, a glass of skim milk and carrot sticks and/or an apple. Dinner should be balanced. Cheese is pretty high-fat, so try to stick to lean proteins like pork, chicken and turkey. Also make sure you drink milk or eat yogurt, to ensure you get enough calcium.
Eat lots of fruit and veggies!!!!

You could do a lot better with your diet. The doughnut and crackers have a very high glycemic index which will raise your blood sugar, then later it will drop and you will be hungry again. Instead you should eat eggs, meat and cheese, which have fewer carbohydrates, and if you're going to eat carbs, eat whole grains, which has a lower glycemic index.

You want to gain weight huh? eat 2 big brownies, a pack of nerds, chips, an Ice cream, a soda and a pack of spicy noodles, for 5 days, and then you stop, or else youre going to have throat problems. I did that and I have gained 10 pounds...

NO! You seem to be worrying about what you eat and what you weigh! You are fine! I've been on health teams before trying to help people be fit, and from the sounds of it you are. Do you exercise? If the answer is a no, you should no matter what your size is. It helps you strengthen your heart and muscles. If people are telling you are overweight, ignore them!(unless if it's your doctor.) They're probably losers any way.

it depends on how much vegetables, and meat you eat.
around 200g of meat and 200g of vegetables is considered 'normal' and healthy.
if youre not gaining any weight, you dont have to concern yourself with how many colories or whatever you eat. keep an eye on your weight though, if it drops below your bmi, you might need to start to try to gain weight.
if you do want to gain weight, its probably better to eat 3 larger meals instead of 2 small meals and a large one.
