ms advises i should upgrade to a newer version of yahoo browser, where can i get this newer version?

i am getting pop up error messages

Go to yahoo.com and look for the newest version. If you can't find it, do a yahoo search for it. You should be able to find it though.

I think you mean Internet Explorer, or Firefox, etc. To the best of my knowledge yahoo is not a browser. You can go online and download Mozilla Firefox. Don't mess with IE 7 as it is full of bugs.

Microsoft NEVER advises that you get anything but Microsoft products. It's a greed thing. Are you SURE it was a genuine MS message and not a phony?
