No pill that curbs your appetite or boost your energy is safe. Drink a cup of coffee and go to the gym.

Oh dear...you're going to get a lot of pop-up/spam ads for this question! Don't click on any answer that gives you a link...I'd bet they're viruses or something... Anyway, to answer your question, there is no magic weight-loss pill. I know, it's definitely not what you wanted to hear, but it's true. These companies claim to be able to slim you down and help weight loss, but really, they either: a) Absolutely do not work, and are just a scam to make money. b) Make you loose weight so significantly that you go into a coma from loosing WAY too much. or c) They do what they advertise, but also deposit chemicals and acid/ other delightfully horrid 'supplements' that slowly kill you. And there is no in-between! I know, I sound so mean...I'm just sick of seeing women buying all of these pills and stuff, and the companies make millions, but NO ONE loosing weight! There is no such thing as 'quick' AND 'safe'. It's one or the other. =( I know, I absolutely hate it too, but I'd rather have lovehandles than be in the cancer ward for taking diet pills. Okay, diet pill lecture over. Just amp up your excercise routine. Sometimes if you've been doing ti for awhile, your body gets used to it, and only those muscles become stronger. Try some new different excercises and stretches. Yoga works wonders for weight loss as well... I was 115 lbs, then got dumped by my boyfriend at the time, ate my depression via ice cream, went up to 167 lbs. Then, when I started doing yoga, I started loosing weight pretty much the first couple days. Cause I was never a 'workout' person, haha. I'm 120 lbs now, which is healthy, and I feel good! Then again, I'm only 19, so it might just be because I'm still kind of young-ish. I've heard it's more difficult to lose weight as time goes on. Okay, I've already typed wayy too much, so I'll stop, but I hope my answer helped in some odd way!

The best thing to is get down to the gym every morning for 30mins. Working out on an empty stomach first thing will be most benificial for burning the calories faster throughout the day than if you didnt exercise in the morning.

When you feel hungry have a glass of water but make sure you eat six small sized meals throughout the day - so you shouldn't get too hungry anyway.

Try to walk for 20 minutes after your lunch and dinner (if you get time off from work or on a luch break at school), this will help you burn calories.

And finally - diet pills dont work - they may make you lose weight in the short term, but as soon as you stop taking them - you will put all the weight back on and then some because your body would have re-adjusted itself to 'starve mode', when for successful long term weight loss/management you need to retrain it to burn more calories through raising your metabolizm.

I hope this helps, and anyone looking for a quick fix always hates to get this information - but it really is the only way.

Good luck!

Try to stay away from diet pills all together. I manage a gym and get asked the question all the time. I recommend doing a 9 or 30 day cleanse. There are many products out there that can be used but all of it is useless with out some exercise as well.

I am not sure about diet pills but eating lots of Fiber will curb your appetite and eating little meals every 3 hours helps. Drink water and green tea. Green tea is loaded with antioxidents. Good Luck. Stay away from diet pills b/c they generally dont work, all they do is make you hyper....

Regular exercise and a well balanced diet. As for curbing your apetite, willpower is the best and safest way.

I'm sure you've already tried that, but keep at it. Don't resort to ingesting substances that aren't necessary!

Good Luck!

No diet pill is really safe. Try to eat sensibly instead, it will make you healthier than swallowing a load of pills
