I say that there is a God!
And I am seen as a fool for this.
What say you?

As the word "fool" in that scripture (The Fool has said in his heart, "there is no God") means one who rejects an understanding of a subject, the you would qualify. You have rejected an understanding of God.
Which surprises me because your questions often reflect an honest intelligence in many other areas.

No you are not a fool. I know the devil doesn't want you to think there is a God so he tricks you and keeps you from going to church. If you go to a good church and read the Bible and just believe it, God will start working in your life. I'm telling you I was suicidal, cutting my wrist and all that junk before I got in church. Now, 2 years later, I've been saved for one year, I've gotten married, got a new house, 2 new cars, and I'm happier than ever and full of love and joy. God completely turned me around and now I'd never miss a church service because it helps me become a better person. People tell me and my husband that they don't know what it is about us but they just feel love and joy around us. That's not us, it's Jesus Christ radiating from us.

I don't know how to say this without offending the asker - I really need the ten points.
Unfortunately, the Bible in the book of Psalms 14 plainly says, "A fool has said in his heart 'there is no God'."

Mayor Darwin,
According to Scripture, Yes.
Psalm 14:1a
The fool says in his heart,
“There is no God.”
However, you do not base who you are on Scriptures and therefore it would be hard to define yourself as a fool for not believing such.
I respect your belief. I respect your intellegence. I do however, believe you have made a drastically wrong conclusion.

well a fool is someone who lacks judgement or sense, according to the dictionary. you made a judgement based on evidence and/or lack of evidence. examining a total lack of evidence and drawing a logical conclusion certainly doesn't mean you have no sense.
so NO. you aren't a fool JD.

The fool who realizes he is a fool, is more dangerous than the fool who does not.

Nope.
The fool is someone who quotes a silly bit of scripture as if its self-evidently true.
