Me and my boyfriend have been together for a couple of months and neither have said 'I love you' yet. yesterday he gave me a card saying 'I'm nuts about you' on the front and he had written inside 'me love you long time'. Is this his rather lame way of avoiding saying the three little words? What do you think he means. Also if I'm honest I'm not quite at the point of saying it either so what can i write in his card to get round it?

me and my guy have been togeyre for over 7 months now and we havent said it to each other. we dont feel pressure to tell each other either. we have a great time everytime we are together and i guess we're both just waiting to be really sure.
i kind of understand your trouble though because he gave you a card. maye just say you really liked his card. you dont have to say it back if you dont feel it. just say it put a smile on your face and it made your day. just something sweet to make sure his feelings arent hurt but that he still knows you like him a lot.

Just write how much he means to you and what a great person he is and how lucky you are to have him. I remember my first boyfriend said to me, "I like you a lot, I don't love you, but I like you." That I thought was sooo mean of him to say to me. So just be careful how you word things.

Just tell him what you feel. Don't feel pressured to say you love him. If I read "me love you long time" in a card, I'd probably laugh it off and not take it serious. Don't sweat it untill he says "I love you" directly and sincerly. Then the answer remains the same say what you feel, but don't say you love him if you don't love him.

no men dont realy like to say it as they think it will sound stupid and men dont like to look stupid the fact that he has put im nuts about you and me love you long time that shows he does but just can bring himself to say it because he is a man and the card was sweet

just write, me no love you long time unless you say you love me ?
say to him, to look in a mirror and say the words elephant juice and dont say it out loud, just mime the words and look at what you are also saying at the same time, its the same mouth movement as though you were saying I LOVE YOU, if he gets it he will know you love him.

you can address this 2 ways 1stly you can say love spealt luv as its not taken seriously and is more affectionate or just you can write hugs n kisses,love can be interperated in lots of ways its just when you care alot about someone.

youve only beentogether for a short time, thats y he aint said it, maybe he dosent love you yet, maybe he does but hes scared that if he says he loves u that ull laugh at him or that u dnt love him back.
