Yes. Unless you leave it in the ice chest and the ice melts and you don't see it again until the next summer. That's not good. Don't drink those. Its not worth it!!! :)

Bud Light ... "The Beer So Bad Frat Boys Won't Drink It For Free!"

I once ran a bar 25 years ago. It was on a University campus and we sold pitchers of Schmidts for like $1.25 and pitchers of Bass Ale for like $2.50. (Which was real real cheap, but was enough to cover our costs. It also helps explain why someone would turn down a free beer, but college kids? Well I'm getting ahead of myself.)

We were open on weekends and we had a lot of dorm and frat kids that were our customers.

To start we got 2 cases of Bud Light, but when the Bud distributor left us with no beer on our opening weekend, we switched to another distributor.

Well a few bottles of Bud Light sold from time to time, but months later we were down to the last 5 bottles, and they just wouldn't sell! Even at $1.00 or less a bottle! It might have been 75 cents, I don't remember.

We needed to get rid of them so I marked them down to 25 cents a bottle. None Sold!

A month later I then marked them down to free. None sold!

I even tried daring kids to drink them, but by then it was such a joke that no one would touch them!

Eventually I poured those last 5 bottles down the drain so we could at least recover the 5 cent per bottle bottle deposits.

So that's why I call Bud Light "The Beer So Bad Frat Boys Won't Drink It For Free!"

Always worth it? ... I guess in this case Bud Light was worth less than nothing!

Amazingly enough, today it is not just the the number 1 selling light beer but beer period in all the world!

Absolutely 100% true story!

Bud Light is an acceptable lawn mower beer...but there are many more favorable beers out there.

It's never worth it. No Bud product is worthy to be called beer.

The only good use I've found for Bud Light is drowning the slugs in my garden.

Light beer is never worth it. It's like drinking skim milk, flat soda, watered down kool aid, what's the point?

Ugh, no way. I can't stand Bud Light, or any Budweiser beer for that matter. Tastes like p*ss.
