You're marrying a guy you have never met?!

We had a morning wedding so we left for our honeymoon right away! It was so much fun. We packed candles and wine and some little snacks and it was great! Even at home sometimes we have little romantic nights and they are always great. We generally eat sometime first, a little cheese and crackers or chocolate works just great then light up the candles and let them burn a bit while we take a bubble bath. Back massages are always good too! If you all are going to be doing the decorating, then rose petals are always good. I know it is cliche, but honestly it is really romantic and nice! As a little side touch, it would be awesome if you were able to get in there a little early and clean up a bit. I mean just shove stuff to the side or put it in another room so their bedroom is neat and orderly and not a mess! It makes it easier to relax and enjoy the evening!

Maybe arrange, hide or pack a secret, romantic, private snack like chocolate covered strawberries, whipped cream and a nice bottle of champagne (or customize it to yours and his likes and tastes). Maybe even a picnic blanket for an indoor type picnic. I find that many times, brides and grooms really don't get a chance to eat much at their wedding (too busy or too wound up to eat) and then by the time it's all over and they are alone, they are hungry! You could feed each other and have a drink, alone. It may help you both to unwind and relax. Then....whatever....enjoy! Good Luck.

Is it the traditional kind of wedding -- ceremony, reception, etc? 'Cause if you're like me and many of my girlfriends, you'll be too exhausted by the end of it to do anything but pass out.

I think the poem or a nice letter is a sweet idea.

But, hey good luck with everything!

On our wedding night, I presented my wife with a new Bible with her named engraved on it. We planned on having a Christian based home, and I could think of no better gift to start our marriage with. One of her bridesmaids also gave us a gift to take on our honeymoon. It was a box that consisted of chocolate chip cookies, a tv guide, a deck of cards, and a box of condoms. She said surely we could find something to occupy our time on the honeymoon with all of that. Also, the first year of our marriage, we bought a coouple of cute coloring books and a box of crayolas. We would lay in the floor and color together. Childish? Yes, but we had a great time being kidlike together.

You probably don't know what to do cause you haven't met him yet!
Fill the room with candle light with a fruit basket and bottle of wine.

Tie him to the bed on your wedding night, then bring in your bridesmaid and double team. The poem idea is terrible. All a guy wants on his wedding night is to get laid.

Meet him. That's usually recommended prior to marriage.

Blow jobs outrank poems.

I got ideas, but they are all below the belt. Wedding night is for getting to truly "know" someone!
