We can do absolutley nothing. it sucks. There has been some offical complaints from very senior people in the home office about how the changes was introduced (with only two weeks notice back in feb last year). There is usually several months warning to any change to legislation, why there was only two weeks?

I don't thiknk the government is making any real money of the process, they say it is to bring the UK in line with other EU countries, but i do think how it has been done is very unfair.

Costs of visas and extensions of leave do NOT make the government any cash. They cover the costs of running departments which dish out visas/extensions to foreigners. Why should the Bristish taxpayer cough up so that foreigners can apply for visas or extensions of leave?
