I use Pantene for damaged hair. I had damaged my hair so much that it was breaking about every 1/4 inch so I cut off about 8 inches. The rest of my hair is much healthier.

Stop bleaching it, cut the ends, and then use a deep conditioner 1-2 days a week.

I have the same problem, my hair is long, and now I have to cut it up to shoulder-length. The ends are simply fried, and there's not much you can do. Stop bleaching for a while, let it get healthy and try a new color, you may surprise yourself!

It depends how damaged it is!!
I mean .. go to the hair dressersand theyll put a treatment on it that will lock more moisture in the hair...Just try and make it as healthy as you can..
