I’m a guy who’s 24 years old and still single. The reasons why I’m still single is because I don’t know many girls and I’m too shy to just go up to one I’m attracted to and start talking to them.

I know what you're dealing with. That describes me when I was young. I'm 42 now, and have been married for 15 years now. I didn't have a first date until I was around 22. Try a singles ad. That's what I did. Met several nice women, and even found my wife. Good luck!

It is not easy to just go up to women, girsl etc. But in the end just think about it as - They worst they can do is say no - what is the big deal -
Low self esteem can impact your life-
Other ideas is to join in on actvities, jobs, sports etc. where women will be - that way your sharing in things and can meet them without hitting on them - the cahnces that you will meet increase when you do stuff vs, sitting in the house "talking" on the computer.

hay im 21 and single and shy about talking to guys. get brave and dont think about it and youll do fine

you have to deal with it first by feeling confident. you have to look confident, otherwise girls will be turned off. i am a girl and i wont be attracted to a guy who doesnt look confident at all.
