Bought Screen capture utility( Can make movies), any ideas on what i can use it for???

It was 69 dolars. Very nice. But i don't really know what i culd use it for. One thing is , capturing me playing video games. Capturing a video mouse motions and movements for remembering How to do certain stuff. Making instructional clips.

But aside from that, any ideas?

If you have friends or relatives who live far away, you can capture webcam broadcasts so you can watch them whenever you want. Or perhaps capture a webcam of yourself or your baby or whatever to send to mom/grandma/whoever
