i have two kicker comp vr and two rockford fosgate he 12s a jbl 600;2 and a coustic 600;2 what would be the best sound all speakers and both amps or one amp running to each speaker

For BEST sound quality (but more expense), each sub with it's own amp.

I'm not sure I understand your question.

Are you mixing sub sizes? What size arew the compvrs? Do NOT mix 10"s with 12"s or it will sound terrible.

As for whether or not you should use one amp for each speaker. No, you don't need to do that at all. As long as your gains are set correctly and you are staying above 2ohms (4 if you're lucky) your subs will sound fine. They all run off of the same signal anyway. (You shouldn't run subs in stereo)
