Make tomato roses. Cut the skin from a tomato and roll it into a rose shape.
Before putting the sauce on the spaghetti make nests from the cooked spaghetti then ladle the sauce in the nests(just twirl the spaghetti around a big fork to make the nests.)
Cherry tomatoes around the plate stick parsley in the top as stems for the tomatoes.
Use a cookie cutter and make cheese shapes out of sliced provolone or mozzarella.
Make salami cones and stick them all over the mound of spaghetti and sauce.

Roughly tear a few basil leaves and sprinkle over the Bolognese sauce and a couple of teaspoons of dried oregano will improve the dish no end.

Well I think most food looks very attractive served on large white plates or shallow bowls. A sprig of fresh basil on the side and perhaps shavings or freshly grated parmesan scattered over the top.

Always add your pasta to the bolognaisse, never the other way round, mix in , then add some chopped parsley, finish with Parmesan/Parmegano. Add a small drizle of olive oil.

I prefer both fruits and fresh vegetables better, regardless how they look and taste. You desire a little of both.
