To make the best I use a level teaspoon of cocoa, 1 teaspoon sugar, mix these together dry for a minute or so, then add a little full cream milk, mix to a paste and add warm not quite boiling water to 3/4 cup and keep stirring, top up with full cream milk. You can add a tiny drop of vanilla to add taste. The mixing is important tne more time you take the better it tastes.

My favourite is Options - cracking hazelnut ...there are many other flavours. And less than 40 calories per serving! Fill your mug with 3 heaped teaspoons of Options choc into a mug full of hot water. Add a dash of milk for a creamier taste..enjoy

Even if you are not on a diet, I totally love Options. They do the usual chocolate flavour, then mint, orange etc. They are gorgeous and only 40 calories compared to around 120 in others!

Try Cadbury's Instant Hot Chocolate which I really enjoy. You can make it as weak or strong as you wish and use either hot milk or water. If you like chocolates you should be OK with this. Sleep tight.

cadbury highlights cafe latte
they are totally lovely, but expensive.
the only reason i got some is because they were only 99p on special offer at tesco.
dont think they are now, but they still taste lovely.
however, the 40 calories thing goes right out of the window when i make them. i use a big mug, just a little teaspoon of sugar, and then lots and lots of canned squirty cream on the top!
