Depends on the hight of the fall. A good rule of thumb is don't jump more than your height as the probability of spinal trauma increases by 10% for every foot above that height.

The trick is judging the buildings height. Too low no fun, quite high good fun, a bit to high shattered pelvis, too high 6 ft under. The choice is yours.

The jump is very safe. It the sudden stop at the end that may cause a problem. It's called deceleration syndrome.

If there is a mattress at the bottom,or if the top floor is a meter away from the floor, I guess it would be safe,but if it is not the case,I don't recommend you to do it ^.^
