The Devil, Satan, is known by his name Lucifer. Lucifer means "light-bearer". He was created one of the most beautiful angels, and was the anointed Cherub over God's throne.
Lucifer's fall from heaven is in Ezekiel 28, and Isaiah 14.
Eze 28:12-16 talks about Lucifer before he sinned against God, and it does mention musical instruments. This does not mean that he was "in charge" of music in heaven though.
"You were the seal of perfection, Full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God; Every precious stone was your covering:... The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes was prepared for you on the day you were created.
You were the anointed cherub who covers; I established you...
You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created.
Till iniquity was found in you. By the abundance of your trading You became filled with violence within, and you sinned; Therefore I cast you as a profane thing... "

Not that I know of. There is written about the Devil in the Bible in Luke 4, Ephesians 6, 2 Thessalonians 2, James 4, 1 Peter 5, Mark 4, 2 Corinthians 11, Revelations 12. Also Job. Rather read the Bible and about God. God Bless

there is the e book of Revelation definite, and also the Gospels talk of the eviction too, and so does it say in the old Testement, only in quite some places. in case you'll search for the references in the decrease back of a sturdy learn Bible, you'll see the position that got here about. Jesus referred to the actual incontrovertible reality that He talked about devil fall from the heavens in the Gospels, and it really is said also in the e book of Isaiah, to boot as in Ezekiel, which delivers an outline of what the unique visual charm of devil replaced into, in the previous he fell . The chpts. if I bear in mind for the old Testement for Isaiah, are 12, and 13, and an identical for Ezekiel, to boot as in Revelations. For the Gospels, you may want to opt to study somewhat in the direction of the situations of Jesus's ministry there. because the individuals did ask Jesus questions, and He gave them solutions, John 8 also describes somethings that are somewhat awesome to the unbelieving public too. So save that in innovations.

there are a few references to prideful pagan kings, and when God describes the kings it almost sounds like god is talking about the devil in the background
Ezekiel would be one example, he says the king was in the garden of God like Ezekiel 28
".... 14 You were anointed as a guardian cherub,
for so I ordained you.
You were on the holy mount of God;
you walked among the fiery stones.
15 You were blameless in your ways
from the day you were created
till wickedness was found in you.
16 Through your widespread trade
you were filled with violence,
and you sinned.
So I drove you in disgrace from the mount of God,
and I expelled you, O guardian cherub,
from among the fiery stones.
17 Your heart became proud
on account of your beauty,
and you corrupted your wisdom
because of your splendor.
So I threw you to the earth;
I made a spectacle of you before kings.
18 By your many sins and dishonest trade
you have desecrated your sanctuaries.
So I made a fire come out from you,
and it consumed you,
and I reduced you to ashes on the ground
in the sight of all who were watching. ...
nit sure about the music part

In the OT the "devil" is not mentioned at all, just some misquotes lines here and there that are unrelated, put together to help Christians create the second ultimate excuse for not blaming themselves for anything bad they do.

Isaiah 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
13For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
14I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
15Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

Ezekiel, however it doesn't mention music--just beauty, wisdom and power. Check chapter 28, verses 11-19.

Jesus mentions it in the gospels.....
I think it's in Isaiah somewhere....I'll look.
Isaiah 14:12
[ The Fall of Lucifer ] “ How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations!
I think "son of the morning" refers to music in Hebrew.....not exactly sure about that.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe that tale originates in the Book of Mormon, not the Protestant Bible.
Although I may very well be wrong.
