No...if it did, it would be too expensive for anyone to buy. It may actually cause cancer with it's high fat and sugar content.

if the cream inside of a cadbury egg could really cure cancer don't you think that the eggs would be more expensive?

and don't you think that people would stop dying of cancer of there was a cure?!?!?!

it's just sugar...and the only thing that it will do for you is give you cavities.

Don't we wish!!!! Cadbury eggs are one of my most favorite Easter candies. I eat so many of them. If this were true I wouldn't have been diagnosed with cancer twice.

No this is only a candy center. Candy and sugar do not cure cancer.

oh wish it did a cream egg would cost fortunes but maybe has a element they think might be helpfull in treating it
