yes it is true, but so many mothers are to lazy they just drink carrot juice and that doesn't work. so if you want your kid to have ginger hair get busy on the carrots

No it is not. The hair colour depends on the genes the child inherits from his father or mother, depending which is the dominant gene.
For example if the father's gene is for Brown colour and the mother's gene is for Black...and the black is the dominant one than the baby will have black hair.
But what we eat does not effect our genes and therefore will not effect the baby's hair.

Hey there, I never heard of that before; whoever told you that , they lied to U!!!! Carrots is good for the eye sight, good vision. It has enough protein for red blood cells and as well to help circulation of the blood. Carrots also help to give healthy tone to your skin as well. My best answer to U... Hope this is helpful?
