out of no where my left ankle is swollen and my right wrist is swollen, does anybody know what that could be from? and i havent done anything to make them swell, thank you

Water retension from salt intake. Pop an OTC diuretic for that.
Could be inflaming from something you've eaten. Benadryl.
Could be that you forgot that you fell down the stairs. Motrin.

That could be from a few thing. Do you live somewhere hot? Because I know heat makes my sister's ankles and wrist swell up. Also the disease Gout could do that to you. My brother in law tends to get that a lot. If it keeps up go to a doctor, just in case. Good luck!

Well swellings could be the result of an allergy - some you've ingested or come into contact with. But the best course of action really is to go to a doctor for an informed opinion. Hope you feel better!
