I think I pulled something in my back and I'm not sure what that really feels like because I've never done that before. Can anyone help me out and give me any idea as to what is going on with my back.

If you have back problems or know what they feel like could you describe them for me? That would be great! Thanks!!

Try and go for a deep tissue massage. They will be able to get that out for you. or go to a chiropractor.

i have been living with back pain for years... if you pulled a muscle, you often get just a little jabbing pain when it happens then later... hours... you may get spasms. it feels like someone is stabbing you at different time intervals.. like 30 seconds apart! the cure... muscle relaxers, bed rest for a couple of days and a low temp heating pad helps, too much heat will inflame the muscle further.. when you are over it in a week or so, you should do back strengthening exercises.. weak back muscles lead to injury, like yours

If you "pulled something" you will feel a burning sensation, possibly have muscle spasms, feel sharp pains when moving, be unable to find a comfortable position to sleep in, etc....
