You need to use Nero 7, open the programme and select make dvd video, then drag the avi into the window, hit next then you can design your own dvd menu e.g add a pic, title, even add music!! Hit next when your done and nero starts to convert the movie to vob format, which plays in every dvd player, after that it buns it!! easy as that!! :o)

There are a variety of programs. The very easiest is Cyberlinks Power Producer. You just drop it in and press burn. It only works for movies up to 2 hours. The quality is okay as its the .avi or .mpg blown up to full screen.

Or by a dvd player that plays DIVX and burn straight on to the DVD. That way you can have 4 or 5 movies on one disc.
