Hey there, My suggestion is to walk at least 10 to 12 blocks a day and do 20 minutes of sit-ups. This has always worked for me ehen I was a featherweight boxer. In one month you should be able to see results and you'll thank me, Good Luck and hope this will work for U......

Walking, jogging or bike riding helps you to lose weight in those specific areas. You can tell your parent's that eating healthy is not the same as going on a diet. Start with lots of fresh organic fruit and juices for breakfast, lots of carbs and veggies for lunch, then smaller portions of protien and veggies for dinner. Drink plenty of purified water throughout the day, though not while you are eating. Do not eat fast food, processed food, coffee or beer. You dont have to go on a (diet).Just go easy on starches and avoid fried anything and dont eat a lot of sweets.Why would your parents be upset because you want to be healthy?As far as firming up legs and stomach,Ive found TaeBo is fantastic.I love it and its really fun.You see results quickly also.I firmed up faster doing TaeBo than with lifting weights.I am seeing definition in my abs for the first time also...Good luck and God Bless.

sit up may be difficult and cannot make ur leg smaller..
try the leg-up...
1. lay straight w/ ur back
2. slightly raise both of ur leg 45-60 degrees
3. slowly bring it back to original position
4. do this i16 times in 4 repetitions
"any calories you intake... you should burn them."

Go running or walking to do some fat burning exercise, but make sure you eat healthily if you're doing heavy exercise.
