Tibetan Mastiffs require a special handler, and they are not a breed for an inexperienced owner. If you've never had a giant breed before DO NOT GET ONE. Without proper training you will end up with a giant, territorial, aggressive dog. Be prepared to spend a lot of money to get a well bred puppy. And you better have air conditioning because Tibetans are a cold weather dog, and need to be kept cool in hot weather. I repeat, if you've never had a giant breed before DO NOT get a Tibetan. Look into the Leonberger or Great Pyrenees.

I adore tibetan mastiffs,gorges dogs.A website i looked on with breeders of them,sold there pups for around £600-£800,which i think is a reasonable price.I cant remember the web page but the breeders were in york in the u.k.

It depends where you buy it. It also depends how old it is usually in Animal Kingdom in Chicago a mastiff costs from $700 to $1400. There aren't any there at this time but check in every once in a while
