Mini skirts are HOT-especially micro-mini skirts-and I wear them at least once a week! I have the body to wear mini skirts, and I just feel really really sexy in them!
I make sure to ALWAYS wear sandals, flip-flops, or maybe high heels when wearing my mini skirts, because I just think boots look ugly!

well i find it hot when girls wear mini skirts because like whats already been said it shows off there legs. Guys also think that if there legs look get then the rest of there body has to look good

Fact from fiction, truth from diction. Over all, the mini is one of women's best fashion assets. But to say is a woman in a mini hot or not, is too general. One could say pizza is delicious. But it has to be pizza done right and made correctly. A burnt pizza is still pizza but it won't be very tasty. You could have a pizza with anchovies, roman noodles, corn flakes and peanut butter atop the cheese. It is still pizza but I doubt anyone would want to eat it. The mini on a woman with the right body(and many who don't have it try to dupe themselves into thinking they do like those singers on American Idol make themselves believe they can really sing).

It's hot, but shouldn't be made in any size bigger than 8 otherwise it's just visually abusive. Also, stumpy girls shouldn't bother either, that's gross.
