all the slimmings pills dont work , im going to weightwatchers and in 6 months ive lost 3st, it works for me so it will work for you try it you will love seeing all the weight going off you and you will meet new people

They all work its just there not good for you. Try a lifestyle change. Start with little things like not eating after 7pm and exercise a bit. What I did lately was to eat little or no carbs while i'm at work. Its amazing what you eat at work. Also try keeping a diary of what you eat each day and try to cut out something different every week. Good luck.

none of them work. Some will suppress your appetite, obviously if you eat less you are likely to lose weight, but you don't need pills for that. Some will prevent you digesting fat which means you can't eat anything with fat in it without extremely unpleasant side effects, which will obviously reduce your calorie consumption and therefore may help you reduce your weight, but you don't need pills to do that, just choose not to eat high fat foods.

If you have been losing weight for a while but have plateued that's quite normal. Check your portions haven't started to grow a bit, increase your water consumption, your fruit and veg consumption and step up the activity levels, the weight'll start to shift again soon enough.
