I wouldnt bother downloading internet explorer 7. Its very unstable. I would either stick with internet explorer 6 or download Mozilla Firefox. I think the answer to your question is its been taken offline till been made more stable. I downloaded it and it always caused the computer to freeze up.

Click on TOOLS / Windows Update in IE and then once it's look at the updates you need, select it as a update you want. Like the answer here says, make sure you have a "legal" copy of Windows though.

IE7 does each and everything it may to kick the crap out of father ups, as a effect the surfing takes continuously. once you've pop up e-mail then yeah i wager it is going to interfere with that too. i do not study the mistakes messages at the same time as exiting yet i have particular discovered existence a lot more beneficial advantageous downgrading again to IE6!

You only need to do a search on here to see how many people are having problems with IE7. The best thing to do is download Mozilla Firefox available from http://www.mozilla.com/ Its faster, more user friendly, easily customisable to suit your needs and no problems.
